## Read the ten-minute example

1. **Read the bounded question** — Confirm the object, time window, and permitted source scope before looking at the result.
2. **Identify the change candidate** — Separate the new or changed record from the interpretation built around it.
3. **Open the evidence** — Inspect source coordinates, effective time, observation time, and any correction state.
4. **Check the counter-signal and gap** — Keep incompatible evidence and the missing confirmation visible.
5. **Read the next inquiry** — End with the smallest evidence path that could resolve the important gap.

## Know when the review is complete

The review is complete when you can explain what changed, which evidence supports it, which evidence points the other way, what remains unknown, and what should be checked next. A conclusion is not required.
